Rules
House rules for a meme coin that still respects holders, wallets, and the treasury.
PASHA is supposed to be fun. These rules keep the fun from becoming a scam carnival or a silent treasury. Holders run the coin — that only works if the house stays honest.
Culture
- Be loud, be funny, stay readable — newcomers should get the joke and the proposal.
- No harassment, scams, or fake “official” airdrops in PASHA spaces.
- Argue the idea, not the person. Roast the PIP, not the wallet.
- Memes are encouraged. Manufacturing FOMO with fake partnerships is not.
Wallets & safety
- Never share seed phrases. PASHA only verifies signatures.
- Use the official CA from this site — ignore random DMs.
- Verify links before signing anything that moves funds.
- Admins will never ask you to “validate” your wallet with a seed or private key.
Governance
- Proposals need clear scope, timeline, and budget when money is involved.
- Conflicts of interest must be declared on tasks and guardian candidacies.
- Power snapshots freeze influence for a vote — no last-second bag games mid-ballot.
- One person, many wallets: gaming Power with sock puppets can get you banned from the stack.
Treasury
- Spends need documented proposals and public records.
- Guardians steward; holders decide direction through Power-weighted votes.
- If it is not written down, it did not happen for the community ledger.
- Emergency brakes exist for rugs and exploits — not for silencing unpopular memes.
